We look forward to your arrival at the Spring 2026 Mid-Atlantic Blending Conference in Richmond, Virginia April 3-5, 2026. The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Richmond – Midlothian at 1021 Kroger Center Blvd, Richmond, VA 23235. Please arrive at the venue with an exercised spirit at least 20 minutes prior to each message’s start time. Upon arrival, please follow the ushers to optimize parking and seating.
All messages will be held in the James River Ballroom located on the first floor. Please note that audio translation for Spanish, Korean, and Chinese will only be available in the main ballroom using an FM radio receiver (cell phone FM receivers will not work). For audio translations, please remember to bring your FM radio receiver. All messages will be streamed (English only) at https://machurches.org/live.

Children’s Service

Children’s service will be provided for all messages. For the safety and care of the children, we ask that every child be registered through the registration form (link above) by March 13th. Please take care to note any allergies or special accommodations. For any questions related to the Children’s Service, please contact Leo Halim or Timothy Lee.
Children’s service will be adjacent to the James River ballroom. Drop off will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each meeting.
